Advanced Communication Systems

Communication is one of the most important elements of your business; it is important to have clearly-defined goals and processes while being able to effectively communicate and delegate them to your team. As global communication technologies have progressed at break-neck speeds since the turn of the millennium, it is crucial to be able to have a reliable method of communication with your employees.

Modern communication systems promote collaboration and disclosure between your team. All too often, different departments or groups are bumping heads due the fact that there was not effective intercommunication or expectations already in place. As long as your organization faces internal issues, it will be that much harder for it to take on new work and grow.

Caspian lends itself as a leading communication provider in our industry. Through our several Voice and Cloud Solutions, your organization can better itself with advanced communication systems in a collaborative setting.

Without modern communication systems, your business risks internal issues that will continue to persist.

It’s important to be focused on scaling your business up rather than continue to struggle with the issues that plague your business internally.

PBX

PBX (Private Branch Exchange) is a term that simply refers to business-grade phone systems. While cell and home phones offer basic connections to each other, there are various additional features in a PBX-grade system that are not offered with other systems. Certain benefits of using a PBX include extension dialing, settings for business hours, routing calls off-hours, customer waiting queues, hold music, call conferencing, and more.

Traditionally, an analog PBX system would manage calls between phones through a physical connection over copper wiring that predate the Internet, and fail to deliver high-definition voice quality. Most modern-day systems use an IP PBX to deliver calls over the Internet (also known as VoIP) rather than need the same wiring.

Caspian is able to better your phone system by hosting a Virtual PBX that is stored in the Cloud. In other words, your business is able to connect over public internet without concern of PBX maintenance costs, software upgrades, and service downtime. In a Cloud-based PBX, your system is hosted off-site (without hardware taking up your telecom closet); in fact, little equipment is necessary beyond the phones themselves. With the ability to add new phones, extensions, users, and other features, a Cloud-based PBX is the easiest, low-cost method of getting high quality phone service.

Video conferencing is becoming an ever-popular method of communication. It’s become common for organizations to host online meetings to reach multiple employees or clients at one time, while providing high-definition audio and video.

Given the wake of COVID-19 on businesses’ in-person operations, video conferencing has become crucial to business communication–especially if in-person communication is not possible. To ensure that your business and its employees stays productive, communication is key.

Caspian is able to implement the software required to host video conferences, as well as set up the necessary camera equipment. Contact us today to find out more about our video conferencing solution.

UCaaS

The term UCaaS refers to Unified Communications as a Service. UCaaS includes an assortment of business applications through a cloud-communication vendor. In a UCaaS environment, you benefit from having both your internal and external communication tools in a single cloud source. In doing so, your business operations and workflows are streamlined as your employees have a consistent experience, promoting interoffice collaboration.

Users can exchange messages through different channels such as text, chat, e-mail, and voice using a single platform that will work on any device. This software solution offers increased mobility (and flexibility) for your employees, making it easier to communicate with your clientele no matter where they may be.

Contact Caspian if you believe your business can benefit from a UCaaS solution. Every growing business deserves the best communication tools that are available to them.

CCaaS

In contrast to UCaaS, CCaaS refers to Contact Center as a Service. CCaaS functions as a software solution that offers more functionality than on-site hardware. CCaaS allows your business to provide cloud-based customer support by including functionality such as call routing, interactive voice response, and user analytics. CCaaS also differs from Unified Communications in that it focuses more on customer communication rather than internal. Contact center solutions, however, are also designed for agents to connect with customers easily.

Like UCaaS, CCaaS is mobile-responsive, meaning that your users will be able to utilize all customer support features through a smartphone or tablet app. Customer experience is a hot topic for modern businesses, and for good reason. CCaaS software can conveniently meet your client’s needs while giving your employees better flexibility. This functionality is simply a must for support or sales call centers where phone communication is the status quo.

Through our integration work, Caspian can ensure that CCaaS gives your business the tools to make your job easier–while still greatly improving customer experience.

SIP Trunking

SIP trunking (Session Initiation Protocol) is a way to send voice and other communications over the internet. It is done through an IP-enabled PBX–effectively replacing traditional telephone lines. SIP trunks function as virtual phone lines that let their user send and receive phone calls over the internet to any phone number. This also means that communication costs are greatly reduced as unlimited An SIP trunk can also support an unlimited amount of channels. In other words, one SIP trunk can support an endless amount of concurrent calls.

Superb audio quality over the internet and multiple available lines has given SIP trunking a huge rise in popularity. It’s important to keep your business communications as smooth as possible–versatile but not needlessly complex. If you’re looking to upgrade your business communications by taking advantage of SIP functionality, Caspian is the best choice.
